Canyon Arizona Home Care and Hospice in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a compassionate Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home care team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Home Care & Hospice team. If you are looking for a challenging but rewarding opportunity to provide physical therapy for a broad range of patients, then look no further.

A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Occupational Therapist and Clinical Manager/Therapy Supervisor.
