Job summary

Canyon Arizona Home Care and Hospice in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a compassionate Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home care team on a part-time basis. You will provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes under physician orders and the supervision of the Occupational Therapist and Therapy Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Possess current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Basic understanding of technology including tablets and computer applications.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Administers occupational therapy to patients in their homes per physician orders and plan of care under supervision.
• Works under the direction of the Occupational Therapist and Clinical Manager/Therapy Supervisor to deliver therapy services.
