Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses in Western Pennsylvania is seeking a Home Health Coordinator to support the Compliance Quality team in daily operations and ensure CMS regulations are followed.

You will provide education and oversight on CMS requirements, collaborate with internal staff and external partners, and contribute ideas to improve processes and productivity. This is a full-time on-site role at the Concordia Cabot campus.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient computer and telephone skills for documentation and communication.
• Familiarity with CMS Face-to-Face Encounter regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Quality team in daily Home Health operations.
