Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources. You will educate partners on Enhabit services and navigate post-acute care transitions to improve outcomes.

This role emphasizes driving referral growth, collaboration, and adherence to federal and state guidelines, with a focus on quality patient care and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field, or graduate of nursing, therapy, or social work.
• Experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of Medicare/home health regulatory guidelines is required.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance are required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary relationship manager with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, etc.).
• Educate referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to support post-acute care transitions.
• Support referral growth and ensure high patient/referral source satisfaction.
