Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care in the Camp Hill area. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

You will assist with activities of daily living, document care in the EMR, travel to patient homes within your territory, and educate patients and caregivers on care plans.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certificate required in the state you work.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year healthcare experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of workday.

• Provide hands-on care in the home, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) while observing and reporting changes in condition to support patient safety and independence

• Respond promptly to patient needs, communicate effectively with the care team, and maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

CNA Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state you work
