Job summary

AHN Healthcare@Home in Belle Vernon, PA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Hospice position delivering compassionate, in-home care to patients and supporting families.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, perform ADL assistance, monitor patient status, document care in the EMR, and travel to patient homes within your territory, earning a $2,500 sign-on bonus after milestones.

• Respond promptly to patient needs with empathy and attentiveness and accurately document care provided in the EMR
• Work independently, but never alone
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

CNA Qualifications
