Job summary

MGA Home Healthcare Colorado LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide patient care in home health settings under RN supervision. You will perform tasks such as documenting vital signs, assisting with mobility, dressing, grooming, and activities of daily living, and report changes to the RN Case Manager.

The role requires current CNA certification, adherence to the Plan of Care, and the ability to work with a diverse patient population across home environments.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Professional experience as required per state regulations.
• Proficiency testing with 80%+ score.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Document vital signs and health observations.
• Report changes to RN Case Manager.
• Help with transfers, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow Plan of Care/Home Health Aide assignment sheets.
• Maintain clean, safe patient environment.
