Job summary

Advocate Health at Home Stanly is seeking a clinical operations leader to oversee field staff, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate resources for daily operations.

You will supervise staff, manage on-call coverage, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach staff to improve performance. Travel to Stanly Branch is required. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or an eligible therapy field with active licensure and 3+ years of clinical experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology required.
• Valid state licenses to practice in the practicing state.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing or rehabilitation experience.
• Travel as required for field supervision and program support.

Responsibilities

• Promotes quality patient care and performs chart audits.
• Ensures field supervisory visits are completed per agency policy.
• Directs staff coordination of resources for day-to-day operations.
• Monitors staff productivity and corrects charting deficiencies.
• Conducts staff training, coaching, and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintains 24-hour on-call coverage and drives process improvements.
• Ensures timely OASIS/Hospice data cycles and data integrity.
• Develops collaborative relationships with clients, physicians, and community.
• Promotes adherence to ethical conduct and organizational policies.
