Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the state
• BSN preferred (as applicable)
• Experience in management or supervision, preferably in home health or related settings
• Knowledge of clinical decision-making and quality management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, quality, and delivery of patient care in home health
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff
• Review patient cases and care plans, ensure compliance with standards
• Supervise staff development and participate in quality assurance and policy implementation
• Assist with on-call scheduling and case conferences
• Promote customer service orientation and collaboration across the organization
