Henderson Group seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee patient care services and personnel. The role coordinates care, coaches clinical staff, and ensures safety and effectiveness, while leading CHAP readiness, QAPI initiatives, and survey readiness.

Responsibilities include operations management, regulatory alignment, and providing backup for senior clinical roles. Travel to all locations and CPR certification are required.

Formación

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of operation.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with at least 2 years in supervision in Home Health.
• Experience leading RN services in home, community, or clinic settings preferred.
• Valid CPR certification required while in clinical role.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle and ability to travel to all locations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and admin operations and serve as contact for staff and patients.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with professional standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and backup coverage for PCM and CSS roles.
• Coordinate intake and referral with interdisciplinary care plans.
• Drive ongoing care quality assessment and transfers/discharges.
• Manage OASIS and discharge data, including form edits and closures.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and track incidents with corrective actions.
• Maintain accreditation readiness and HHCAHPS survey processes.
• Oversee Emergency Preparedness Planning and monitoring.
