Qualifications

• 3+ years RN or PT experience in a healthcare setting (home health or related).
• Active CPR per policy and licensure requirements in practice state.
• Associates degree required; RN or PT licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, and staff.
• Oversee agency growth related to home care.
• Act as clinical expert for operational and financial management.
• Investigate client/consumer complaints and take action.
• Recruit, hire, and identify training needs of clinical staff.

This role comes with a 10% quarterly bonus incentive.

• Plans, develops, and manages the clinical programs, services, activities, and employees of the agency consistent with company policy and regional management directives.
• Assists with the oversight of the agency’s growth related to home care.
• Serves as the clinical expert and assists with the operational and financial management of the agency.

• Participate in the recruiting, hiring, and identifying the training needs of clinical staff

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice or Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy.
• Associates degree required

Preferred

• 3+ years RN or PT experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
• Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and a basic understanding of OASIS
