Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an experienced RN leader to oversee an interdisciplinary home health team in Massachusetts. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, and social workers, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and accurate documentation while fostering a collaborative, compliant work environment.

The role requires leadership experience in home health, Medicare/Medicaid knowledge, and CPR certification, with a BSN preferred and an emphasis on staff development and patient

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing
• BSN strongly preferred
• CPR certification required by AHA

Responsibilities

• Oversee an interdisciplinary clinical team and coordinate care.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered services in line with policies.
• Supervise and mentor staff in the field.
• Oversee documentation and clinical integrity of practice.
• Monitor team productivity, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
