Job summary

CareRing Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead home health operations in our Philadelphia hub.

You will supervise clinicians, manage patient care plans, and ensure high-quality in-home nursing services. This hybrid role offers competitive pay, benefits, and career growth within a mission-driven healthcare at home.

Qualifications include active RN license and 2+ years of home health experience; valid driver’s license, strong leadership, and commitment to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN state license.
• Two or more years of nursing experience (supervisory experience preferred).
• Two or more years of home health nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Organize, develop, manage, and direct the home health functions of your community health hub.
• Manage a team of clinicians to ensure our patients receive exceptional care in their homes.
• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate each patient’s care plan to ensure it meets the patient’s needs.
• Conduct patient visits (as needed).
• Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner.
• Complete medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned patients.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with applicable regulations and Company policy.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and complete clinical and progress notes on a timely basis.
