Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an experienced nurse leader to oversee an interdisciplinary home health team. The role focuses on high-quality patient care, documentation integrity, and team coaching in a patient-centered environment.

The candidate should be a registered nurse with a MA license, AHA CPR, and 1–2 years of experience leading clinicians in home health, with Medicare/Medicaid knowledge. A BSN is strongly preferred.

Formación

• Registered Nurse from a National League for Nursing-accredited school of nursing.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Current MA nursing license.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• 1-2 years’ experience managing a team of clinicians in a home health setting.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations in home health.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an interdisciplinary team and assignment of care, clinical integrity of practice, and documentation flow.
• Foster a patient-focused service culture and engage staff feedback.
• Provide field oversight and mentoring for clinical and functional impairment capture in OASIS-C.
• Direct supervision of RNs, LPNs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, STs, MSWs, HHAs, and Clinical Scheduling Specialist.
• Ensure productivity, quality outcomes, patient and family satisfaction, OASIS integrity, and compliance.

Promote quality in patient care delivery in accordance with agency objectives, policies, and procedures. Supervise, support, and educate staff at the point of service in the field.**More Specifically**:* Oversee an interdisciplinary team and the assignment of care, clinical integrity of practice, and flow of documentation through supporting team members.* Encourage and foster a positive environment among the team toward establishing and maintaining a culture of patient-focused service, including employee feedback and staff engagement.* Provide oversight and mentoring in the field related to the accurate capture of the clinical and functional impairment of each patient as documented in the OASIS-C document.* Provides direct supervision of an Interdisciplinary team of RNs, LPNs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, STs, MSWs, HHAs, and Clinical Scheduling Specialist.* Accountable for overall team performance in the areas of productivity, quality outcomes, patient & family satisfaction, OASIS integrity performance, compliance & risk management.**What You’ll Need**:* Registered Nurse from a Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing* BSN strongly preferred;* Current valid MA nursing license;* Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification;* 1-2 years’ experience managing a team of clinicians in a home health setting;* Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations in home health;* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate cooperation and communication among team members.**What You’ll Get**:* A highly competitive salary & benefits package, including generous PTO, 403(b), and tuition reimbursement;* A reasonable geographic territory with strong clinical support resources;* A highly inclusive, diverse team that values the input of all staff to provide excellent patient care.**Pay Range:**$115,000.00 USD – $135,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
