Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and licensed in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience, with 1+ year in management in home health.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to use company documentation systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of clinicians delivering 1:1 home health care.
• Oversee care plans, ensure compliance, and improve quality KPIs.
• Coordinate with Branch Director on quality initiatives.
• Manage audits, documentation reviews, and performance improvement actions.
• Ensure staff evaluations are fair and timely.
