Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in the state of practice
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience, 1 year in home health management
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to use company documentation systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of nurses and clinicians delivering high-quality home health care
• Oversee patient care plans, ensure compliance, and improve KPIs
