You will act as single point of contact for accounts, respond to needs, schedule deliveries, and coordinate with physicians and referral sources to ensure patients receive the required equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years related experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to learn POV requirements for safe vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for specific accounts.
• Responds to customer needs, concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Consults with clients and referral sources on products and necessary equipment.
• Obtains all documentation to be scanned and batched at the Branch.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians and medical groups.
