Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care – Park Ridge & Northwest Suburbs, IL is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides to provide one-on-one, non-medical assistance to seniors in their homes. You will help with daily activities, promote dignity and safety, and support independence while joining a growing, client-focused team.

We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $19/hour, potential increases based on experience and client needs, mileage reimbursement, and paid training to help

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving and compassionate service preferred.
• Ability to provide personal care and support with daily activities.
• Reliable, compassionate team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Preparing meals and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Helping clients walk safely and complete daily routines
• Encouraging engagement in appropriate activities
• Providing reminders and assistance as outlined in the care plan
• Following client-specific instructions and safety procedures
• Communicating client updates, concerns, and changes to the office
• Maintaining accurate records of services provided
