Human Touch Home Health Care in Colorado Springs is seeking a skilled and compassionate Manager to oversee our unskilled home healthcare services division. You will supervise caregivers, coordinate with clients and families, and develop personalized care plans to ensure high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure compliance with regulations, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while delivering excellent client care.

Formación

• Experience in a managerial role within home healthcare.
• Strong leadership and team motivation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic client care.
• Knowledge of regulations in home healthcare.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin/nursing/social work (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Train and supervise a team of caregivers providing unskilled home healthcare services.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with clients and families to assess needs and develop care plans.
• Ensure care plans are implemented and adjusted as necessary.
• Monitor quality of care through evaluations and client feedback.
• Implement improvements and best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate client care and staff schedules records.
• Assist in development and management of departmental budget.
• Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation.
• Facilitate ongoing caregiver training and development programs.
• Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Foster effective communication among caregivers, clients, families, and professionals.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and emergencies.
