Adoration Health seeks a Home Health Clinical Manager in Colorado Springs, CO to lead a team of clinicians delivering high-quality in-home care. The role includes overseeing patient care plans, ensuring compliance, and mentoring staff in a supportive leadership structure.

Requirements include a nursing degree, an active RN license in the state, CPR certification, and 2+ years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in a management role in home health.

Formación

• RN license in the state of practice and in residency state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with at least one year in management/supervisory roles in home health.
• Current CPR certification and ability to adhere to agency requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses and clinicians delivering in-home, 1:1 patient care.
• Oversee patient care plans, ensure compliance and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with Branch Director on quality improvement activities and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation, case conferences, and performance improvement actions.
