Job summary

Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Professional Relations Liaison (Business Development) to educate referral sources about Empath Health services and identify opportunities to expand Empath Health presence in Hillsborough County.

The role focuses on marketing, referrals, and community education to improve access to home health and related programs, supporting a Full Life Care approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ outreach in Home Health or related sales.
• Ability to work unsupervised with a high degree of discretion and independent judgement.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to referral sources to educate them about Home Health services.
• Educate the professional community regarding the benefits and scope of Home Health services.
• Identify and facilitate opportunities for marketing, referrals, community outreach, and education of the Home Health program.
• Support access to Empath Health programs and services.
