Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Professional Relations Liaison (Business Development) to educate referral sources about Empath Health services and identify opportunities to expand Empath Health presence in Hillsborough County.

The role focuses on marketing, referrals, and community education to improve access to home health and related programs, supporting a Full Life Care approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ outreach in Home Health or related sales.
• Ability to work unsupervised with a high degree of discretion and independent judgement.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

The Liaison will act as a consultant to our referral sources to educate them about Empath Health services. He/she would be expected to identify and facilitate opportunities for an increased Empath Health presence and collaborations which will improve access to home health and related programs.

What you’ll Do

• The Home Health Community Marketing Liaison is a relationship and educational position.
• The Liaison will act as a consultant to our referral sources to educate them about Home Health services.
• The Liaison would be an expert in Home Health services, as well as adept at education our professional community regarding the benefits and scope of Home Health services.
• He/She would be expected to identify and facilitate opportunities for marketing, referrals, community outreach, and education of the Home Health program.
