Job summary

Vertus HealthCare seeks a dynamic Healthcare Sales Liaison to promote home health care services to physicians, hospitals, and referral sources in the Florida territory. You will build relationships, conduct educational sessions, and coordinate discharge planning while traveling as required.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or health-related sciences and at least two years of health care sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or health-related science or equivalent.
• Minimum two years health care or related industry sales experience.
• Excellent selling, organization and presentation skills required.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and to meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote homecare services.
• Conduct in-services, presentations, and host events to introduce home health services to referral sources.
• Coordinate on-site discharge planning when needed.
• Perform territory market analysis and develop business plans quarterly/annually.
• Develop and establish new referral sources and maintain current ones.
• Meet regularly with the clinical team to align efforts.
