Job summary

Vertus HealthCare in Florida seeks a Client Liaison to drive revenue for Private Duty Nursing services. You will educate patients, hospital staff, physicians, and community members about Vertus services and represent the company at local events.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, building relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and other targets; providing market feedback to management; and ensuring profitability and achievement of weekly/monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a health-related science with a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience.
• Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred (e.g., SNFs, DME, ortho, cardio) or clinical liaison background.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote Private Duty Nursing Services to referral sources to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and develop relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, DME and infusion companies.
• Conduct in-services and represent the company at local trade shows and conferences.
• Create and execute specific sales and market development plans aligned with company goals.
• Provide regular feedback to corporate management on sales activity and market development success.
• Represent Vertus HealthCare within the healthcare community with professional decorum and patient care focus.
