Elara Caring in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Home Health Branch Director (RN) to lead daily operations, oversee clinical outcomes, and drive growth while maintaining high-quality in-home care. The role requires strong leadership and compliance oversight.

You will coach clinicians, manage staffing and budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with regional leaders to improve performance and patient satisfaction. This leadership opportunity includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field required.
• Home health leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• 2+ years of home health experience preferred.
• Current state licensure as required.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and Conditions of Participation.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Experience with EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce/payroll systems.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day branch operations and oversee patient care programs and clinical outcomes.
• Manage branch financial performance and productivity.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient needs and implement growth initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and payer regulations.
• Monitor documentation accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on performance improvement initiatives.
