Job summary

Elara Caring seeks a Director of Nursing for New York coverage, combining on-site leadership with field work. The role leads clinical teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives program improvements to elevate home care quality.

You will report to the Clinical Administrator or Regional VP, guiding strategy, staffing, and patient-centered care across branches. A RN with 5+ years supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of supervisory home care and administrative experience required.
• RN licensure (required) and relevant clinical leadership background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams, fostering accountability and patient care excellence.
• Oversee clinical operations across assigned branches or markets, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Implement and support clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and payer requirements across operations.
• Review documentation and quality metrics for accuracy and excellence.
• Partner with leadership to drive process improvements and growth initiatives.
• Monitor staffing and capacity to support growth and coverage.
