Alpha Home Health & Hospice in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking an Insurance Prior Authorization Specialist to verify coverage and obtain authorizations for patient visits. This on-site role offers competitive pay and a supportive team environment.

The position requires at least 1 year of home health/hospice authorization experience and proficiency with Home Care Home Base. Remote work is possible for PST/MST time zones. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
