Billet Health is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about providing quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.
As Billet Health continues to establish its presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we are looking for caregivers who want to grow with us, build lasting professional relationships, and help us deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the community.
As a CNA with Billet Health, you will support patients in their homes and residential settings by assisting with daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignity, and helping patients maintain the highest possible quality of life.
At Billet Health, we understand the importance of flexibility. Our PRN and per-diem opportunities allow CNAs to accept available assignments based on their schedules, service areas, and patient needs.
As our Dallas-Fort Worth patient census grows, available visits and assignments will develop gradually based on referrals and patients coming onto service.
Please note: Billet Health is relatively new to the Dallas-Fort Worth market, so visit volume may initially be limited and is not guaranteed. We are seeking CNAs who understand that building a caseload takes time and are interested in developing a long‑term working relationship with our organization.
Our staffing team will contact you as opportunities become available in your service area.
Visit schedules are coordinated based on patient needs, caregiver availability, and applicable care plan requirements.
We are looking for more than caregivers who can complete a visit. We want CNAs who value building relationships, providing dependable care, and growing alongside our team.
As our services expand, we hope to build a reliable team of caregivers who share our commitment to treating every patient with dignity, kindness, and respect.
As a Billet Health CNA, you will provide compassionate personal care and support to patients receiving Home Health or Hospice services.
For hospice patients, CNAs play an important role in supporting comfort, personal dignity, and quality of life while helping families navigate the challenges of end‑of‑life care.
At Billet Health, we believe that small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference.
Whether helping a patient with daily personal care, providing comfort to someone receiving hospice services, or offering reassurance to a family caregiver, our CNAs help create a supportive and respectful experience for every patient.
We are looking for individuals who bring patience, empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve others.
