Job summary

Billet Health is actively seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality home health and hospice support in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will assist with daily living activities and comfort, helping patients maintain dignity and independence in their homes and residential settings.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification recognized in Texas.
• Reliable transportation to assignment locations.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance, as applicable.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient‑centered personal care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes in patient condition appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide assistance with toileting and other activities of daily living.
• Help patients with ambulation, mobility, and safe transfers.
• Assist with positioning and comfort measures.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising clinical team.
• Support patient safety and maintain a clean, comfortable care environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Follow established care plans and instructions from the supervising clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely visit documentation.
• Respect patient privacy, preferences, dignity, and independence.
