Billet Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality Home Health and Hospice care in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and comfort in the patient''s home.

Flexible scheduling lets you set your pace, with visits typically 45–60 minutes. Start of Care, ROC, recertifications, and routine visits may be assigned, including hospice visits and ongoing patient

Qualifications

• Active RN License in the state of Texas.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• IV experience.

Responsibilities

Billet Health is looking for compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) who have the passion and heart to provide exceptional patient care in the Home Health and Hospice setting.

Our team provides Home Health and Hospice services to patients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and supported in the place they call home.

As an RN with Billet Health, you will assess patient needs, establish and implement individualized plans of care, and work closely with our Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient care.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING - YOU SET THE PACE

At Billet Health, we believe our nurses should have the freedom to build a schedule that works for them.

As patients come onto service, our staffing team will contact you with available visits and coverage opportunities in your service area.

RNs may have the opportunity to accept:

• Start of Care (SOC) visits
• Resumption of Care (ROC) visits
• Recertification visits
• Routine skilled nursing visits
• Hospice visits
• Follow-up visits
• Ongoing patient assignments

You also have the ability to continue following patients you wish to keep, based on patient needs and availability.

We don't set a specific time for you to see your patients. You will coordinate directly with the patient or caregiver to arrange visits at a time that works for both you and the patient.

Typical visits are approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on the type of visit and patient needs.

YOUR ROLE

As a Billet Health RN, you will provide skilled, compassionate care while helping patients maintain comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities may include:

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes and residential settings
• Complete SOC, ROC, recertification, and routine visits as assigned
• Provide hospice nursing care and support to patients and families
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding care plans and disease management
• Coordinate care with physicians and members of the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate with the Director of Nursing regarding patient needs and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families throughout their care journey

QUALIFICATIONS

To provide Home Health and Hospice care with Billet Health, you must have:

• Active RN License in the state of Texas
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• CPR or BLS certification
• Valid TB documentation
  • Skin test within the last year, or
  • Chest X-ray within the last five years
• IV experience

Home Health or Hospice experience is preferred.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply.

Whether you have previous Home Health or Hospice experience or are looking to develop your skills in community-based care, our training and support program is designed to help set you up for success.

Training for this position requires a Monday–Friday commitment during the designated training week.

COMPENSATION

Starting at $55 per visit/ depending on type of visit

Visit rates are established based on the applicable service area and type of visit. Additional compensation may be available for assignments outside the standard service territory.
