Job summary

Billet Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Home Health in Globe, AZ. This PRN role offers one-on-one in-home care, collaborating with RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to support individualized plans of care.

Flexible scheduling and travel compensation within a 20-mile radius are provided, with opportunities for additional compensation in extended territories. Active AZ CNA license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona CNA license is required.
• CPR or BLS certification is required.
• Current TB documentation (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transfer assistance.
• Support patient care under the Home Health plan of care.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Promote patient safety and comfort in the home setting.
• Communicate effectively with RN Case Managers and clinical leadership.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.

Per Diem (PRN)

Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing Home Health team serving the West Valley.

As a Home Health CNA, you'll provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes while working alongside RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to support individualized plans of care.
