Job summary

Home of the Good Shepherd in Saratoga County, NY, is seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to join our compassionate care team across Saratoga Springs, Malta, Moreau, and Wilton. Full-time and part-time shifts available; starting pay $22.00 per hour, with additional pay based on experience and shift.

You'll assist residents with ADLs and medication assistance, document care needs, and contribute to a warm, home-like environment focused on aging with dignity.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or HHA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality care.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, hygiene, toileting, bathing, feeding, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide medication assistance and documentation support.
• Support multiple shifts across full-time and part-time roles.
• Maintain a compassionate, professional care environment.
