Home of the Good Shepherd in Malta, NY is seeking dedicated CNA/HHA professionals to join our compassionate team. You will support residents with daily living activities, medication assistance, and documentation in a warm, home-like setting across our Saratoga County communities.

We offer full- and part-time roles with shifts across all hours. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with additional pay based on experience and shift.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma/GED required.
• Current CNA or HHA certification required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality care.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, hygiene, toileting, bathing.
• Provide medication assistance and documentation support.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation.

As a CNA/HHA, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents by:
