Home of the Good Shepherd in Saratoga Springs, NY, is hiring CNAs and HHAs to support residents with daily living activities in a compassionate, home-like setting.

Positions available: full-time and part-time with shifts; starting pay $22.00 per hour, with experience and shift-based increases; benefits include retirement plan, health/dental/vision, HSA, life/AD&D, disability, PTO, EAP, tuition reimbursement, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA or HHA certification required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality care.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, hygiene, toileting, bathing, feeding, transfers and ambulation.
• Provide medication assistance and support with documentation needs.

Hours: All shifts

Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour, additional pay based upon experience and shift
