Home of the Good Shepherd is seeking caring RA, PCA, CNA or HHA professionals to support residents across our Saratoga County locations. Per-diem shifts cover all hours, with competitive starting wages and generous shift differentials to reflect evening and overnight work.

As a RA, PCA, CNA, HHA, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents by:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, hygiene, toileting, bathing, medication assistance, feeding, transfers, and ambulation.

Job Type:

Per-diem flexible schedule

Hours:

All shifts

Pay:

Starting Wage: $18.50 – $21.00/hour

Max Wage: $21.50 – $24.00/hour (depending on experience & role)

Shift Differentials:

$5.00/hour for Evening Shifts

$2.50/hour for Overnight Shifts
