Job summary

Home of the Good Shepherd is hiring CNAs and HHAs to support residents across our Saratoga County communities, including Malta, Saratoga Springs, Moreau and Wilton, NY. You will assist with daily living tasks and medication support in a warm, home-like setting.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible shifts at all communities. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour, with increases based on experience and shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA or HHA certification required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide high-quality care.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): dressing, hygiene, toileting, bathing, feeding, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide support with documentation needs.
