Care Resources is seeking a Home Health Aide Supervisor to lead and manage the team of home health aides for Care Resources PACE in Grand Rapids, MI. The role includes participating in an on-call rotation roughly every three weeks to answer scheduling questions and aide concerns, with on-call bonus pay.

This full-time, salaried position requires a current Nurse Aide certification and at least two years of homecare experience with supervision, plus one year working with elderly clients.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Aide certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of homecare experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Self-motivated and organized with ability to manage a team of aides.
• Passion for serving participants in the program.

What You’ll Do

As the Home Health Aide Supervisor, you will lead and manage the team of home health aides for Care Resources. As the Supervisor, you would also participate in the on-call rotation about every 3 weeks to be available by phone for scheduling questions, aide concerns, etc. with no expectation to do visits. There is on-call bonus pay as well.

• Current Nurse Aide certification is required
• Minimum of 2 years of homecare experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
• Self-motivated, organized with ability to manage a team consisting of home health aides
