Job summary

Care Resources Homecare is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide personal care in participants’ homes, including bathing, dressing, and assistance with daily activities. The role supports adults 55+ in a community-based program led by an interdisciplinary team.

Full-time position with a rotating weekend and holiday schedule; compensation starts at $20.71/hour (non-certified) or $22.02/hour (certified) with bi-weekly and next-day pay options.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of previous direct care experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance and a good driving record
• Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 60 pounds
• Pass basic physical
• Pass background check

Care Resources is a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a national healthcare program funded by Medicare/Medicaid. We are a community-based program for adults 55 years or older that promotes healthy, independent living and helps prevent nursing home placement. Our program is all-inclusive concierge care led by skilled primary care providers and an interdisciplinary team with 11 specialties represented. Care Resources embraces physical, mental, and social health, making healthcare accessible and affordable.

Position

This position is full time Monday Friday with an every 4-6 week weekend rotation and holiday rotation; 36 – 40 hours per week
