SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring CNAs, HHAs and PCAs in Canton, MA to provide quality in-home care with compassion and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA or PCA certification is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
