SYNERGY HomeCare in Canton, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, while following care plans and maintaining a safe home environment.

We offer immediate openings, flexible scheduling, weekday/weekend shifts, and both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay and reliable, supportive teams.

Formación

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
