Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Dedham, MA is seeking caring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our team. We offer immediate openings with flexible scheduling, including first and second shifts, weekdays and weekends, and both full-time and part-time roles.

Positions pay $20 to $23 per hour with weekly pay and 20+ hours per week available in the Dedham area. Join a team focused on helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in clients' health or needs to the care team.
