Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Canton, MA seeks compassionate CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home care with dignity and respect. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, companionship, light housekeeping, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, personal care, and daily activities.
• Help with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed.

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team.
