Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Brookline, MA is urgently seeking caring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to support clients at home with dignity and independence. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping in a compassionate, client-centered setting.

We offer $20 to $23 per hour, weekly pay, and options for full-time or part-time schedules, including first and second shifts, weekdays and weekends, with flexible planning and immediate hiring in Brookline.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in clients' homes.
• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
