Job summary

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Home Health Aide to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities.

You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable caregiving attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Able to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany clients to community activities to grow personal goals.
