Home of the Good Shepherd in Saratoga Springs, NY is seeking caring RA, PCA, CNA, or HHA professionals to support residents with daily living activities in a flexible per-diem schedule.

Starting wages at $18.50–$21.00/hour, with higher rates ($21.50–$24.00) based on experience and role; evening and overnight differentials apply. Benefits include EAP and a teamwork-focused environment.

Formación

• Current certification (CNA/HHA) or relevant Resident Assistant experience.

As a RA, PCA, CNA, HHA, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents by:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, hygiene, toileting, bathing, medication assistance, feeding, transfers, and ambulation.

Job Type:

Per-diem flexible schedule

Hours:

All shifts

Pay:

Starting Wage: $18.50 – $21.00/hour

Max Wage: $21.50 – $24.00/hour (depending on experience & role)

Shift Differentials:

$5.00/hour for Evening Shifts

$2.50/hour for Overnight Shifts
