Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is hiring per diem Home Health Aides for Long Island positions with flexible schedules and immediate openings. Starting pay ranges from $19.65 to $20.00 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus and weekly direct deposit.

You can work 4–12 hour shifts or live-in cases; drivers are encouraged. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, light meals and housekeeping, and companionship in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
• Valid NY HHA Certificate.
• Experience assisting with transfers and mobility.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the last 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years.
• MMR immunization within the last 10 years.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for applicable cases.
