Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking per diem Home Health Aides on Long Island with immediate openings. Per diem and live-in opportunities are available, with a flexible schedule including 4–12 hour shifts and weekly direct deposit.

Starting pay ranges from $19.65 to $20.00 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus. Must have NY HHA certificate, at least 1 year of HHA experience, and valid driver’s license for applicable cases. Drivers are strongly needed across Long Island.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
• Valid NY HHA Certificate.
• Experience assisting with transfers and mobility.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the last 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the last 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years.
• MMR immunization within the last 10 years.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for applicable cases.
