Job summary

Modivcare is seeking compassionate Certified Caregivers (PCA & HHA) to provide in-home, one-on-one care in Mastic or Shirley, NY. The role requires NYS PCA or HHA certification, reliability, and a compassionate spirit. Shifts include weekdays and weekends with 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am options.

Earn $19.86/hr plus our Caregiver Rewards Program. Benefits include paid orientation, weekly pay, referral incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
