Job summary

Summit Home Care in the Twin Cities metro area is hiring In-Home Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHA). Flexible part-time scheduling, competitive pay, and the chance to work one-on-one with Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities are offered.

You’ll travel up to 35 miles from home, provide personal care, light housekeeping, companionship, and keep visit notes using a mobile documentation system, with support from nurses and admin teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene tasks.
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines.
• Travel independently between homes within a 35-mile radius.
• Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately.
• Support veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities in daily activities.
