Job summary

Summit Home Care in the Twin Cities metro is seeking In-Home Caregivers / Home Health Aides for flexible, part-time shifts within a 35-mile radius. Compensation includes $20–$22/hour and $32–$34 per visit for bathing, with travel time reimbursed.

You’ll provide personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship, travel between homes, use a mobile documentation system, and support veterans, older adults, and people with disabilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or a CNA certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule.
• Heart for service, patience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene tasks.
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines.
• Travel independently between homes within a 35-mile radius.
